Ponytail Tension
Ponytails are a womens bestfriend. It's a womens go-to hair style and their comfort zone. when hair is pulled back tightly, stress is created and may lead to breakage. Wearing a classic ponytail everyday can become damaging to the hair and will create breakage around the hair line, also around your whole perimeter and right in the middle where the ponytail hair sits. Some useful tips if you wear ponytails are:
1. wear a loose ponytail that it doesn't cause stress to hair.
2. Instead of wearing a classic ponytail all the time part your hair in the front on different angels (middle, right, left part)
3. Try not to use elastic bands use silk or satin scrunches to prevent breakage
